Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns Eligibility

  • Given the nature of our products (fresh / perishable / food items) returns and refunds are typically not available for change of mind.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days (or as per your bank’s policies) for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping or other incidental costs (unless our error) will not generally be refunded.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or in promotional clearance may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or consumed is not eligible for a refund unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

How to Initiate a Claim

  • Email us at info@alasaldates.com (or the designated support email) with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
